Terms of Service
Last updated: January 2025
1. License Grant
By purchasing a WP All SMTP license, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the plugin on the number of sites specified in your plan (Starter: 1 site (free), Pro: 1 site, Agency: unlimited sites).
2. Free vs Premium
The free version of WP All SMTP is available under the GPL v2+ license. Premium features require a valid paid license. Using premium features without a valid license constitutes a violation of these terms.
3. Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. Contact our support team within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Refunds are not available after 14 days.
4. Updates & Support
Active license holders receive plugin updates and priority email support. Free users can access community support via WordPress.org forums. Support response times: Premium users within 24 hours, free users on a best-effort basis.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not:
- Redistribute, resell, or share your license key with unauthorized parties.
- Use the plugin for sending unsolicited bulk email (spam).
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of premium components.
- Remove or modify any copyright notices or branding.
6. Limitation of Liability
WP All SMTP is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for email delivery failures caused by third-party providers, hosting configurations, or DNS issues. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for your license in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the plugin after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We'll notify active license holders of significant changes via email.
