Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about WP All SMTP
1 Getting Started
How do I install WP All SMTP?
Go to Plugins → Add New in your WordPress dashboard, search for "WP All SMTP", click Install then Activate. Navigate to the WP All SMTP settings page to configure your email provider.
Which email providers are supported?
WP All SMTP supports 15+ providers including: Custom SMTP, Gmail, SendGrid, Mailgun, Amazon SES, Brevo (Sendinblue), Postmark, SparkPost, Mailjet, Elastic Email, SMTP2GO, SendLayer, Resend, Mandrill, and Microsoft Outlook / Office 365.
Do I need an account with the email provider?
Yes. You need to create a free or paid account with your chosen provider (e.g., SendGrid, Mailgun). The plugin then connects your WordPress site to that provider using API keys or SMTP credentials.
2 Pricing & Licensing
Is WP All SMTP free?
Yes! The core plugin is completely free and supports Custom SMTP, Gmail, and many other providers. Premium plans unlock additional providers like Microsoft Outlook/365, priority support, and advanced features.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade from Free to any paid plan at any time. Your existing settings and email logs will be preserved during the upgrade.
What happens when my license expires?
Your plugin will continue to work, but you'll lose access to premium provider integrations, updates, and priority support. You can renew at any time to restore full functionality.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 14 days for a full refund — no questions asked.
3 Technical
Why aren't my WordPress emails being delivered?
By default WordPress uses PHP's
mail() function which is often blocked by hosting providers or marked as spam. Using WP All SMTP to connect to a proper email provider (like SendGrid, Mailgun, etc.) solves this by sending emails through authenticated SMTP servers.
Does this plugin work with WooCommerce?
Yes! WP All SMTP works with WooCommerce, Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms, WPForms, and any other plugin that uses WordPress's
wp_mail() function. It intercepts all outgoing emails from your site.
What's the minimum WordPress version required?
WP All SMTP requires WordPress 5.5 or higher and PHP 7.4 or higher. We recommend using WordPress 6.0+ and PHP 8.0+ for the best experience.
Can I use this with a multisite network?
Yes, WP All SMTP is compatible with WordPress multisite networks. Each sub-site can have its own SMTP configuration, or you can set a network-wide default.
